A mother's southern Vietnamese recipes, as told by her Texan son, Louis Singh. Together with business partner, Eric Trevino, they cultivated a dedicated following for years out of their food truck. Hard work allowed them to purchase the lot adjacent to where they had been operating out of and the move to brick and mortar made sense. We were hired to design that new building, which we did. However an opportunity to open up a space off of the North Saint Mary’s Strip, a popular area for bars & restaurants, could not be passed. The new building was put on hold and we designed a warm and inviting dining environment underneath the existing exposed wooden joists, located in a historical building, for their new location.
